Every in-stock order placed before 16:00 (Athens time) ships the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.

Within Greece: 1-2 business days via ACS, Γενική Ταχυδρομική, or BoxNow. To other European countries: 3-7 business days depending on destination and carrier.

Yes — we ship across the EU and most of Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Absolutely. Once your order ships you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.
PaymentsWhich payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure card payments processed via Stripe.
PaymentsIs online payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
PaymentsDo prices include VAT?
Prices shown on the product pages include applicable Greek VAT (24%). EU business customers with a valid VAT number may request reverse-charge invoicing.
PaymentsCan I pay on delivery (cash on delivery)?
Yes — cash on delivery (αντικαταβολή) is available for orders shipped within Greece for a small flat fee shown at checkout.

100%. We only sell sealed hobby boxes, hanger boxes, blaster boxes, and cases exactly as they arrive from official distributors — never repacked or tampered with.
Package Security & AuthenticityHow are the boxes protected during shipping?
Each box is placed in a fitted cardboard mailer with protective padding. Cases are shrink-wrapped and boxed to prevent corner damage and tampering.

Exclusively from licensed, authorized distributors. No grey-market stock, no pre-orders for items we do not physically hold.

In the rare event of transit damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
