Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the CardArchiveTCG store and every order you place through it. By using the store you accept them.
Orders & Acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm dispatch by email. We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
Prices & VAT
All prices are shown in euro and include Greek VAT (24%) where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay. EU business customers with a valid VAT number may request reverse-charge invoicing.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and secure card payments through our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers. Cash on delivery is available for orders within Greece.
Shipping & Risk
Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are dispatched the same day. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours with photos.
Returns & Cancellation
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery for sealed products that remain in their original, unopened condition. Once a factory seal is broken the product cannot be returned. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of inspection.
Accounts & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the details you give us. You may not use the store for unlawful activity, scraping, or automated bulk ordering.
Liability & Governing Law
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Corinth, Greece.
